New DHHS Contact Lines Open for Environmental Health and Safety Questions
The North Carolina Division of Public Health, Food Protection, and Facilities Branch has launched new contact resources to assist with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) facility inquiries. Hospitality operators can now reach out directly via email at EHpreparedness@dhhs.nc.gov or by phone at 919-707-5999.
The phone line will be available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., providing support for reopening questions and emergency situations that typically require county-level assistance.
